Our systems and services include anilox roll and gravure cylinder cleaning, flexo plate cleaning, as well as on press cleaning through the chambered doctor blade, industrial parts washing, de-greasing, surface finishing and PCB cleaning.
Through close co-operation, we also have developed a system to clean the blanket wash module as used in Heidelberg, Man Roland, plus several other offset presses.
A range of additional and complimentary ultrasonic cleaning equipment enables the cleaning of general parts, with the major benefit of being able to flocculate the waste UV ink, water based ink /paint /varnish-laden water for re-use or more environmentally friendly disposal.
